It’s been a while since I was last here, but it’s been CRAZY the last few months.  We packed our bags and moved from the beach to the city…San Francisco to be exact.  While I miss the beach life, I am down in LA all the time and it feels like I never left…just how I like it.  Between coordinating the move, finding a new place and now decorating; it didn’t leave much extra time for anything else.  But now I am back with a vengeance and ready to go!  I’ll update you on my decorating progress (I’m having so much fun home shopping for a change) and how it’s all coming together in future posts.

I am heading to Memphis this weekend for a wedding and working on the plane thanks to inflight Wi-Fi, so I figured with time on my hands and no distractions I have no excuses.

Since it is the new year, I wanted to share some of my favorite things that have either helped me in some form or are just plain pretty!  The new year is all about embracing change so maybe you’ll find something on my list to add to your life.

What’s the new year without any talk about health and fitness?  We’ve all made promises to lose 10lbs. only to devour the entire bread basket when going out to dinner.  For a fun alternative to the classic fitness expert, check out the Tone It Up Girls.  I was introduced to them by my girlfriend Cindy (you MUST add her rad blog to your list, Sport Stylist). They have their own diet plan that you can sign up for as well as a DVD workout they just launched.  The one thing I love about them is that they film short videos almost everyday.  They’re fun to watch and make working out look fun and easy.  Check them out their website to see what I mean.

What would a new you be without a new beauty product to try?
